International Information Exchange
Board Members are already well-connected internationally with professional associations, and exchange information such as scientific articles and debate on topical issues regularly via e-mail LISTSERVS. Examples include the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM), the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH), the International Association of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (IACFS/ME), the Society for Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis (SCEH), and the World Organization of Family Physicians (WONCA).

Research Think Tank
Both Drs Alison Bested and Lynn Marshall attended a Research Think Tank at the University of Calgary Disabling Fatigue in Chronic Illness Conference. As a result, Dr. Bested was asked to Chair an upcoming meeting on consolidating international research case criteria for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome at a May, 2009 conference in Reno, Nevada, sponsored by the International Association of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis.
